Whether it's a one-way trip or a return trip, we work hard to ensure that our products always arrive at their destination so that you can enjoy them.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our products are created with great care and inspected before distribution from our workshop. Our candles are carefully tested for several months before we launch them. They are not refundable or exchangeable, all sales are final. In case of breakage in transit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package for assistance or to discuss a replacement option. relax@limaeco.ca
