An olfactory journey ... Destination Hawaii

Have you ever been to Hawaii? It really is a wonderful destination. Not only are the beaches heavenly, but the archipelago is home to 10 of the world's 14 climates, an active volcano, astronomical observatories - there's something for everyone!

But one thing that caught my eye from day one as we walked through Honolulu's Waikiki beach was this floral scent, the like of which I'd never smelled before. After a few minutes, we were in a store and I asked what the name of this flower was, which can be found in these huge trees all over town. It's the plumeria. A beautiful flower that grows all over the Hawaiian Islands.

It was an aromatic revelation for me. We had to develop a fragrance with this flower, with a blend of hibiscus and jasmine, the beautiful flowers found throughout the seven islands of Hawaii. So now we have our new olfactory destination, Maui. As we already had the olfactory destination of Honolulu (coconut, sage and pineapple), we decided to take you on a journey to the neighboring island of Maui.

Our new "Flowers of Hawaii" soy candle is available in a 10-ounce format. Discover it for yourself!
